This Privacy Policy describes how Saturnalis Studio ("we", "us"), operated by Aleksei Zhernakov, individual entrepreneur, Yerevan, Armenia, handles information in our mobile games for Android and iOS (the "Apps").

Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account and we do not ask for your name, email or phone number inside the Apps.

The Apps and the third-party services they use may collect:

  • Device identifiers such as the advertising ID (GAID / IDFA) and a device or installation ID;
  • Approximate location derived from the IP address;
  • Device and usage data: device model, operating system version, language, app version, crashes and gameplay events;
  • Information about ad interactions (impressions, clicks).

How we use information

  • To operate, maintain and improve the Apps;
  • To show advertising and measure its performance;
  • To analyse crashes and fix technical problems;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

Third-party services

The Apps use the Yandex Advertising Network (Yandex Mobile Ads SDK), operated by Yandex LLC, to show advertising. Yandex may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads, as described in its Privacy Policy. The Apps also rely on the platform services of Google Play or the Apple App Store. These providers have their own privacy policies.

Data collected by these providers may be processed on servers outside your country, including in the Russian Federation.

Purchases

The Apps do not offer purchases for real money.

Advertising and consent

The Apps display rewarded video ads only when you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game reward. Where required (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) we ask for your consent before showing personalised ads. On iOS we request permission through the App Tracking Transparency prompt. You may reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings at any time.

Children

The Apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Data retention and security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable measures to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw consent. Contact us at the address below to exercise these rights.
